I was a recipient back in 2005, so I'm sure a lot has changed since then. I remember it being quite short (15 minutes max) and the questions were very application specific (e.g. tell me about your project, answer this questions about your project) or about where I saw my education/career journey going (e.g. where I'm considering going for university, what undergrad programs).

I'm guessing they just give your application to one of the judges and they get to ask you whatever they want to get to know you better, but I really have no special insight.

All I can say is know your application inside and out, know yourself well, know what drives you, what your aspirations are, etc. etc.
